The first thing you’re going to notice with these ID photos is that the length of my hair is inversely proportional to the distance from the present time. So it’s just going to keep getting longer from here.

Some have said that this was my worst haircut ever (and these are people who’ve seen the next two pictures -- brace yourself), but I don’t know that I’d go that far. Now, I’ll be the first to admit that my hair has a bit more volume in this picture than I’d really have liked, but it was my first normal haircut since... Well, let’s just say that it had been awhile. This was the shortest my hair had been since elementary school, so it was a big jump for me.

This was taken the summer that I turned into a bit of a raver; needless to say, I wasn’t really a pinnacle of style in the Ottawa rave scene. My hair was too big and my pants were too small. But somehow, I persevered.
